Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• The perfume must have at least 90% of the fragrance remaining.
• Applicable only to 6ml & 10ml Roll-ons and 50ml & 100ml Perfume Bottles.
• This policy is valid for online orders only.

Packaging Deductions (If Missing/Damaged)

• Cellophane: Rs. 20
• Box: Rs. 50
• Tester: Rs. 30
• Up to 10% perfume used: Rs. 20

Products with more than 10% usage are not eligible for return or exchange.
